Nicknamed the "Vulcher" for picking up wins in games he had little impact on. The guy would come in relief for an inning or two, hold the lead, Twins score a few to take the lead, and boom Fiore wins 10 games!

While I won't say he does not deserve to be on a list of obscure members of the Twins, I do believe he had ONE good season with the Twins. I only hope I see Frank Rodriquez in this list later this season.
